Refund Policy

We will accept returns on defective/damaged unused items within 15 days from the order date. Please be sure to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

We only accept returns for items purchased through kleanhaircare.com. If you purchased any of our products from a retail partner, please contact the retailer directly.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund meets the refund policy criteria. If approved, we will refund the original payment method, and please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
